Is the Gabb Watch 3 compatible with any network?

The Gabb Watch was designed for the Gabb Wireless Network only and works independently from any cell phone.

How long will the Watch 3 battery last?

Normal Usage: 14-18 hours. Standby Usage: 36-48 hours. The watch must have at least 3 bars of cell service to meet the battery life hours listed above. Lower than 3 bars can drain the battery faster as the watch uses more energy to find a signal.

Is the Gabb Watch 3 waterproof? Can I take my Gabb Watch 3 swimming?

No. The Gabb Watch 3 has a water resistance rating of IP68, determined by the International Electrotechnical Commission. Swimming with the Gabb Watch 3 is not recommended.

How to create safe zones in the MyGabb App?

After pairing your device to the parent MyGabb App: Open MyGabb App>Tap on devices>Tap on child's device profile>Scroll down & tap on "safe zones">Tap on "add new safe zone">Set location & radius>Name safe zone (e.g., "house" or "school")>Tap on save

How does the SOS Emergency Notification on the Gabb Watch 3 work?

If the SOS Emergency notification is triggered it will alert the child’s primary contact. This happens when the SOS button (back button) is held down for 4 seconds.
